12DailyPro Refund Procedure

Technorati Technorati Tags : , , ,

For those who were scammed by Charis Johnson and Stormpay thru the legendary 12DailyPro autosurf program, here's your last chance to get some refunds from the receiver.

The Court has set a claims bar date of January 31, 2008 and made it mandatory for investors to log in and take the steps outlined in the Notice in order to have a claim and receive a distribution from the receivership estate. Please review the Notice carefully.

In order to validate your claim you need to logon to the investor's webportal.

For instructions on how to access and use the Web Portal, please visit the Receiver's website at http://www.tlennonfor12dailypro.com and review the instructions and frequently asked questions (FAQs). You may need to register as a first time user using the email for your 12DP account.

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link to validate your account. Once you are logged in, goto transaction tab. Key-in your 12DP userid (email) or stormpay/egold/EMO id. For stormpay users, you need to key in the email address used for Stormpay. Press Add and the system will generate your account information.

If the amount listed next to "MIMO Amount" above is a negative number (shown by parenthesis), it means that your investments or deposits with 12DP exceeded the distributions made by 12DP to your Internet payment processor account (including chargebacks and electronic fund transfer reversals).

You will have an allowed claim in that amount if you check the "Accept" box. If, on the other hand, the amount listed next to "MIMO Amount" above is a positive number, it means that the distributions made by 12DP to your Internet payment processor account exceeded your investments or deposits with 12DP and, therefore, you will have no claim against 12DP if you check the "Accept" box.

If you choose to dispute the "MIMO Amount" (by checking the "Dispute" box), you must submit an investor proof of claim form, along with copies of all documentation supporting your claim amount to the Receiver by January 31, 2008. If, upon further consideration, you decide to accept the claim amount on the Web Portal, you can log back in and change the designation by clicking the "Accept" box.

Good luck guys.
